Anyone know what this looks like?

I have attached a photo of the marks/spots on my skin. They are on my breast and I seem to be developing more of them. The biggest is a circular patch of red skin, it isn't raised but feels slightly rough.
I had two on the inside of my wrist first, but they went after 6 weeks. They don't itch or anything, just don't like how they look.
Has anyone got any idea what it could be

Looks like the beginning of it, it goes quite quickly with cream but your best bet would be showing the pharmacist before getting cream (have fun with that) incase they think it's something else. It usually flares up in sweaty areas.
