Looking for practical advice.
DH has been sent straight from the doctors this morning to the hospital for surgery. He's petrified. He stopped at home to get some things before he was driven up there, he was crying too much to really tell me what was going on 
all I know is he's been signed off work for two weeks.
I'm waiting till my parents get here, they've agreed to take DS for a couple of days who's also unwell, then I'll join him at the hospital.
I guess I just want to know what to expect.
