I have been trying to eat more healthily recently but have a feeling I have an attack of thrush now. I've been starting my day with grapefruit and porridge then snacking on fruit smoothies - I do feel the better for it generally but have a feeling the natural sugar in the fruit is to blame - am I right??

Was very bad at the weekend - too much of everything - but we had a party for dd1 1st communion - so will be back on the bike tonight. I will not have any fruit for a week or two to see if that helps, and I'm going to make a big pot of soup today.
Looked at that book on Amazon Kerry, might order it - but am afraid I will be totally depressed at the lack of decent food thats ok to eat.
