DS age 4 cant keep anything down & temp of 34.0

My ds is 4 years old and has been unwell since yesterday, he has been complaining of a head ache and tummy ache. Yesterday his temp was up tp 40.0 and he started being sick last night, this morning he hasnt even managed to keep calpol down and is sleeping now but i just took his temp and it was 34.0 i thought this is a bit low, yet he is sweating. any ideas?

get an appt with the doctor today, sounds like a viral thing but its best they check him out if his temp is fluctuating so much

Even though he is sleeping is he rousable?

May sound silly but is the thermometer the type you put in the ear? If so I would take it again as they are notoriously inaccurate, I would def. make an emergency GP appointment as he hasn't had a wee since yesterday, along with the other his other symptoms.

any update? Did you get to the doc?

he seems ok now stopped bieing sick and temp ok, must have been a 24 hour thing.
