Non-healing surgical wound (c section)

I had a c section 24 weeks ago and it’s still not healed. I’ve had problem after problem with it. I’m being seen/treated by a wound care dr but it’s just not progressing. There’s a 1” wide by 1” deep hole that refuses to heal. It’s currently being packed 3 times and week by a visiting nurse. No infection. I can’t exercise, it aches to the point of tears sometimes, and to top it all off I have postnatal depression and anxiety and this isn’t helping. I feel like cr*p.
Has anyone else had anything similar?

I have had 3 c sections. I never had anything like that thank goodness.
However a couple of years ago a friend wasn't recovering and ended up in hospital twice. You will get an infection eventually. Notwithstanding your new born needs care too which is obviously a struggle.
You need to get on the care people before it gets ridiculous at you and your child's detriment.
