Teeth move a bit when I wobble them - normal?

Just that, really. I noticed today my top incisors move a bit if I push with my fingers. It’s not much, but you can see a bit of movement. They don’t move with my tongue and I’ve not noticed any issues with food - I can bite apples etc no problem. I don’t have teeth problems in general or gum disease, although my gums have receded a bit which I think is a family trait. Should I be worried or is this normal? I’m slightly freaking out that my teeth might fall out. Last went to the dentist in April, no issues then.

Have a checkup at the dentist and ask?
