My ear won't stop popping

Its been doing it since last night and its bloody annoying. Its not (usually) painful. It just pops when I swallow (inc. saliva).

any tips?

Do you have sinuses trouble?
I sometimes get this if they are playing up.

Nope

And it is still bloody doing it this morning .

The only way I have found to stop it is to stick my finger in my ear (hard) when I swallow...
