Feeling generally unwell

I have a history of ‘migraines’, don’t know if it is that as they can go on for months. I’m feeling so ill, I must look terrible as a guy working in a shop asked me if I needed a glass of water. Main symptoms, headache, lethargy, feeling lightheaded/faint, painful/crushing heart palpitations. Does anyone want to indulge in some internet diagnosis?

Have you had your thyroid, vitamin D & B12 and Iron levels tested?

Low blood pressure, diabetes?

I had loads of blood tests done back when I first got ill but nothing came up apart from borderline high ANA test.

Blood pressure has been measured low & once was high. Diabetes in most of the family, perhaps I should follow that up but I’m 21/22 BMI, so not overweight.

ferritin levels/ iron store levels checked?

You don’t have to be overweight to have diabetes - particularly if it is in the family
