Bum pain

Past 2 nights as soon as bed time comes round my 6 year old is in pain with his bum! Points right as his bum hole, no obvious soreness or irritation and said its not itchy but just hurts. Any ideas?

Has he had constipation at all? Could he have a small fissure?

I would worm him even if not itchy just because it’s nighttime only whichnis when worms come out.

Constipation?
Wind pain?
Worms? (Ovex for the whole family and hot wash all bedding & towels, trim nails right down)
Skin reaction to new washing powder?

I remember my younger sister complaining of this when she was little, worms! Only really bothered her on a night!

Oh no was dreading the chance of him ever catching them. Thanks i shall treat and hot wash bedding; towels etc 😮 no constipation that he's mentioned
