'Milk spots'...can I do anything to help get rid of them?

DD has really bad skin...loads of spots on her face and chest. DS was the same and now I am paranoid that it is my fault and I am doing something wrong for them both to have their teenage spots so early!

Anyway,is there anything I can do to help them clear up more quickly?

Oh...and HV couldn't tell me why they occur, does anyone know?

What age are they? My dp gets loads of them on his face when he eats eggs.

Sorry can't be more help. X

I know they will clear eventually as DS's did,but I was wondering if I could speed up the process as DD (7 weeks) looks awful (I felt really consious of it when a small girl said 'That baby looks like she has got chicken pox' earlier today.)
