Anyone with psoriasis tried the John Pagano diet and has it helped?
If it helped did you do the whole enema thing?
I’m on humira but it’s started to stop working and I’m fed up of being on drugs which can damage me in other ways. so would love to hear if anyone has had any success with this natural method.
