Sorry in advance for the tmi. Really itchy / sore backside past few days, noticing bits of blood when I wipe. I have had piles before and usually just left them alone till they went. This time it's irritating me, ALOT! Made the mistake just now of deciding to have a look, it's all purples except one bitthat looks BLACK. Totally freaking out now and it's annoying me more than when I looked. What treatment would everyone recommend or would you take up a Docs appointment? Any advice welcome!
