Pregnancy vitamins - do i stop taking them at 12 weeks?

I'm a little confused, Im 11+4 and i'm taking pregnacy vitamins with folic acid included. Do i carry on taking them through pregnancy or just up to 12 weeks?

You could keep takng them bam.
It wont hurt getting the vitamins

some are designed to be taken during pregnancy and after the birth too especially if breastfeeding. They wont do any harm and could do you good.
