Nausea and bloating - is the pill the blame ????

Everyday without fail I feel nauseous and I'm so bloated I look 5 months pregnant , the bloat disappears by the morning and only appears once food is consumed however the nausea is constant .....I made spag Bol today with garlic bread and I was starving , I wolfed down the food and garlic bread , however I still felt sick and shaky and I was still had a hunger feeling !
This has been going on for around 3 or 2 months.
I started taking the pill ( ovranette )2 months ago, but I'm unsure if this is the cause ... I've been on it on an off for years and never experienced this .

Could that be the cause or something else ?

I'm not sure you're on the right board... did you mean to post in contraception? Conception is kind of the opposite

Get checked for coeliac as classic symptoms

Sounds like it could be ibs. Take a look at the low fodmap diet to try and help work out your trigger foods. The pill can make ibs worse too.

Hi OP,

We're going to move this over to General Health for you Flowers

Which pill do you take? The pill absolutely caused nausea and travel sickness for me, so after a few years of trying different pills and adjusting my routine to prevent nausea, I just moved on to the contraceptive injection.
