Are these genital warts?

I'm so scared. I've been with my partner for 4 years. I've only slept with him in this time. I had a couple of partners before him but these have only just shown up now.
I'm not sure if it's an allergic reaction to a new fake tan i've been using? Or just a general rash from wearing too tight jeans or underwear?
Theyre so itchy :(

Is that your leg crease? I don't think genital warts would be there.

I would also say rash but am not medic.

Try taken an antihistamine and putting non some itch-relief cream/mild steroid like hydrocortisone.

You’ll soon know as if it clears in a day or two it wasn’t warts

I'm really struggling to explain them,
They don't feel raised. When i stroke my leg it just feels smooth! It feels like a burn😣
I just got worried because Dr Google kept bringing up HPV

I would say no. GW look more like cauliflower...

Doesn’t look like warts to me, and if you have them on both sides they are most likely a rash or burn from your underwear. STDs don’t show up symmetrically. Leave it alone for a few days.

To me that looks like inflammation of thinned tissues along stretch marks.
Do you have stretch marks there?
The tissue under my boobs sometimes goes like this along the stretchies with irritation/ heat/ water retention etc

then I reckon inflamed stretch mark. It's like those weird stress balls where you push a slime ball through mesh Surely I'm not the only one this happens to ! Itches like mad.

It's not genital wart warts I'm sure. Looks like heat rash/chafing from undies/ clothing etc. Take anti histamine and avoid tight/non cotton undies etc.

My heat rash looks like that and is as itchy as hell. As someone else said, try taking an antihistamine. It works for me but only the cetrizine type.

I get a small area of heat rash every year and it's location changes regularly. It started out on my feet for a few years and now I get it in the crease of my elbow and between my index and middle finger on one hand. No rhyme or reason to why only these spots but antihistamine and lightly medicated talc keep it in line for me.

They arent warts. Definitely not.

I'd say heat rash given the weather we've been having recently and perhaps exacerbated by where underwear or trousers could have rubbed the area
