Are these genital warts?

I'm so scared. I've been with my partner for 4 years. I've only slept with him in this time. I had a couple of partners before him but these have only just shown up now.
I'm not sure if it's an allergic reaction to a new fake tan i've been using? Or just a general heat rash or rash from wearing skinny jeans or tight underwear.
They're so itchy :(

My mum had shingles on her face and it looked just like the first picture to start off with- have you been feeling ill for a few days? Either way, you must see a GP

I never thought of shingles! Chickenpox has been going around the little one's school! Either way, i'll be on the phone to GP as soon as i can! Thanks!
