This is 2nd time I've had these random spots on the back of my arm. Had them for a few weeks this time and no sign of them disappearing.

Def not bites and pretty sure not keratosis pilaris but really irritating and now getting sore. Plus pretty unsightly.

What can I do to get rid of them?

They do rather look like bedbug bites, are they anywhere else?

Eeeeugh Witchetty!

Nowhere else on my body and I had similar a couple of years ago.

Are they really painful if you try to squeeze them? Not itchy?

greeneggblueegg · 19/07/2018 21:34

Not itchy but I do scratch them which then makes them bleed Blush

Nothing really to squeeze either.

I've got them too. My GP said it was folliculitis and I use zineryt. I don't know how well it works because they seem to come up randomly. I'll get a bunch then nothing then another crop. I hope someone will come along with more knowledge. But you aren't alone.
