me and 2 yrs old dd had the tummy bug for 5 days now...what can we take ?

as atm we are avoiding most foods to my dd but she is having a bit of egg foods as her bowel is very runny (same to me too)....plus ive got a tummy ache that i feel im on my heaviest period!

help is appreciated

give her plenty of fluids dioralite is cheap enough it replaces sugars salts and water good luck

Junior Kao-C was recommended by a pharmacist when DS! (4) had the runs just as we were going away for a couple of days. It made his tummy feel a bit better and made the runs less frequent (although we still had to carry a portable potty around with us).

That should read DS1.
You can get it in Sainsburys and presumably most pharmacies.
