Mines awful. I habitually gulp air now. I've tried respiratory physio and have a Buteyko book. It's a million times worse when I'm anxious/panicking.

I just feel like nobody else gets it so I'm looking to mn to see if anyone else suffers it?

Sounds awful. Do you have asthma?

duckyfuzzz · 18/07/2018 18:34

Yes I do but it's perpetuated by bad breathing and aerophagia

Sounds as though you are nervous and panicky. You need some professional help to learn how to relax.

Rebecca I have seen doctors lots. It's become a developed breathing disorder. I chronically over breathe. Habitual.

I used to chronically over breathe. It was anxiety related; and it's completely gone now that I'm settled and off anxiety meds.

It was a tough road to get here though!
