i have a squishy often painful lump on my anus about the size of a rubber at the end of a pencil , it sticks out like a skin rage would ... I can push it back inside itself but it doesn't stay . It hurts when I wipe . I've had it for around 12 years ... However it was very small and since I had lots of constipation after my kids were born it's grown bigger and more uncomfortable ... What is it ? And could it be removed
