Buggering hell. Muscle twitches.

I am going mad.

First my eyelid started spasaming on and off. Then my lower eyelid did as well (not at the same time). Then my cheek/smile line bit. Now all of the above and a twitchy muscle in my arm to add as off an hour ago.

Been going on for about 5 days now... why?! I feel like it's really obvious my face is twitching about everywhere but nobody has said WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOUR FACE so maybe not.

Oh and i suppose this might be completely unrelated but I fainted at work yesterday. Then acted all weird and drunk and felt completely out of it. I thought the heat had got to me but now I'm being a hypochondriac

I think you should probably get some medical advice...

In the meantime make sure you’re hydrated and try a homemade isotonic - so watered down fruit juice with a little salt. Or dioralyte/similar if you have some:

I'd be a little bit worried; enough to go to the doctor and get it checked out.

I had twitching for a couple of weeks continuously. I kept thinking about it and the anxiety from that (I'm a hypochondriac too) made it happen more and more!! When I stopped thinking about it, the twitching stopped

But I didn't faint so I agree that it'd be best to go to the GP

Magnesium supplement

I have an under eye twitch, right above my cheekbone. I've tried increasing me sleep and almost entirely cutting out caffeine and it has helped a lot. It is still there, but it was pretty much constant before and is a few times a day now.

People could see mine, but No one said anything unless I mentioned it first.

Sounds like you could do with a visit to the go given your other symptoms.
