Pre menstrual Left sided chest pain?

As the title. Has anybody experienced anything like this? For the last 4/5 months, I've experienced severe left sided chest pain before my period. I have had this in the past... I remember aged 14 with the onset of periods I'd have the same pain . I also experienced it severely after the birth of my first baby 15 years ago. It feels chesty/ dare I say hearty ? , Deffo not breast. But it's more under my left breast towards underarm . It takes my breath away. Blood pressure normal. In the past I had ecg, but seemed ok.
Normal weight/ don't take any medication/ active life but not overly so/ Don't smoke or drink.
As soon as bleeding starts, pain totally subsides. Sometimes I feel the severe pain in my chest and then get up to use the loo and then, there's the first bleed of the period.
Periods not heavy, maybe a little in first second day but then tapers to light/ normal. Any ideas?

It feels kind of like someone is taking a Hoover to my insides

And I have seen my gp.
But the best they could offer after the ecg was to say that it was very tricky to assess when it wasn't the exact moment that it was occurring.
So difficult because it happens two/ three times a month , and lasts about 15 seconds max each time.

Oh dear it seems I'm a medical conundrumConfused
Also I find i become breathless v easily in pre menstrual week, and suffer with bad water retention... I lose weight instantly overnight when period stops, at least a dress size.
Suffer pre menstrual migraines. But all this I think of as pretty normal apart from the chest pain.

Have you had blood tests? Anemia would be my first thought, especially with the breathlessness. But I would have thought your gp would have suggested this?

Sounds miserable for you, to say the least. Sad

@tobee yes, thanks for replying.
I have had tests for anaemia,and although on occasion in in the past my iron has been slightly low, its fine now , and nothing that wasn't resolved by some supplements/ dietary alterations

I've had five pregnancies so difficult to ascertain which symptoms are postnatal/ General knackeredness, periods getting back to normal / etc etc. but also this demonstrates I've experienced every type of breasted discomfort/ engorged boob/ mastitis/ etc and this Deffo isn't that!

@Hoovermanoevre
I know this post is old, but I've come across it trying to look for answers. I have the symptoms exactly as you've described with the chest fullness and pains, and I sound similar to you too after reading your self description. I was wondering what happened? Are you still feeling like it? GP? Hope yo hear an update from you. Thank you.
