Sprained my arm/shoulder - what to do?

I woke up this morning with a very sore upper arm/shoulder. Not sure what I did, I’m assuming I slept in a very awkward position. It feels sprained, like internally bruised. It was painful showering and getting dressed as I can’t move my arm much.

I took two ibuprofen tablets this morning, it didn’t really affect the pain much but I managed to drive to work.

Now I can’t lift my arm at all, as an example it was a whole (painful!) process to manoeuvre my jacket off earlier as my arm is stiff. I can’t type on my keyboard at work with that hand or even hold my phone - as even that small angle places my arm in an uncomfortable position.

What can I do to recover my arm? I’m not sure if I can manage the drive home from work later. I’m trying to rest it as best as I can but it’s difficult whilst I’m not at home.
