Psoriatirc arthritis - first signs?

Hi, does anyone suffer from psoriatic arthritis? If you do what were the first signs? I have had psorisis for about 10 years. In the past six months or so I have developed really painful feet and ankles, I have what I think is plantar fasciitis on one side, and my feet just feel generally achy and tender. Getting out of bed in the morning is really painful. But I don't have swollen joints or pitted nails. Worth going to docs or will they just fob me off with ibuprofen?

I have a form of psoriatic arthritis, had it for 9 years now. Mine started during pregnancy, I did have 2 unusual nails but no skin problems. However I'm sorry to say the main symptom was very sore feet, particularly my toes. I kept going to the GPs convinced they were broken as they seemed so painful! I could hardly walk in the mornings. Definitely get it checked, it was a simple blood test and from there I saw a really good team and I'm now fine, controlled by medication and very rare flare ups. Good luck!
