Dent/lump month after 16w jabs

This is my girl's thigh at 20 weeks. As you can see, she has a sort of dent where her 16w immunisations were. It also feels hard and in like a ridge/lump. It went red for a few days after the jab and then a purple bruise colour for the following couple of weeks. It doesn't cause her any pain now and she was no more sensitive of it immediately after than she was at her 8 and 12 week vaccines (which were fine and had nothing like this after, didn't even go red).
I'm just wondering if it will ever go down or is her leg somehow scarred? I haven't spoken to HV or GP yet as I've been waiting to see if it will go down but as we are a month later now, I'm getting a little worried that it's still there.
Anyone else's lo's had this? Does it go down and/or do I need to speak to someone?
