Hello
It doesn't matter how many hours sleep I get at night i still always feel so horrible tired yawning/eyes watering/heavy eyes etc. I have had blood tests at the doctors for low iron/diabetes/thyroid and all came back fine. I take multivitamins (barocca) each day. Does anyone have any tips or remedies on something that may perk me up and give more energy?

Ask your GP to test your B12 levels. It's not on the routine bloods. The fatigue from a deficiency can be insane.

Thank you that's good to know I will try that x

I would guess allergies - any pets around?

Hay fever or allergies if not b12 or iron.

Would have never thought of allergies, that's interesting. I may start taking hay fever tablets again see if that helps too. Thank you

Can you ask for a printout of your bloods and post them here so we can see what they've tested altogether including the lab reference ranges?

"Normal" is often not...
