Is this normal?

Hi! I'm not sure if anybody can help me as to whether or not this is normal. But I delivered my first baby, my son 8 weeks ago. I had a natural labour at home with only gas and air.
I'm still unable to lay on my stomach without extreme pain, the pain is when I lay on my stomach and then it gives me a stomach ache after.
Has anybody else had this or know if it's normal?

Extreme abdominal pain 8 weeks after childbirth is not normal. See your OB/gyn as soon as possible.

No, sorry that's not normal. You need to make an appt with your GP.

Oh god. Thank you for the replies. Think I was telling myself my body has been through a lot. It's just normal.
I don't just randomly get abdominal pain, it's just when I lay on my belly it's so painful I can't do it and then my belly hurts for a while after Sad
