Shingles twice in one year?

I caught shingles late last summer (for the second time, previously had it as a student) and was treated with antivirals.

Got pregnant v soon after and now caring for a 3 week old newborn and 3yo DS. In the last week or so I've felt tingling/burning in the nerve band where I had shingles. No rash, yet. I've upped my vitamin intake and started 1000mg l lysine 3x a day, hoping to see shingles off but I am v worried that I'm headed for a full attack. Has anyone else had shingles twice in a year?

Could it be post herpetic neuralgia?
