Has anyone found anything that can help? I am ready to chop my leg off. I have tried pain killers, support bandages, heat, ice, elevation, tonic water. Help!!!

I take Berocca every day and it helps a lot.

I had it worst when pregnant. But I think mine happens when I'm properly dehydrated. So a recovery type drink with electrolytes/ vitamins etc works for me. Had it for the first time in a long time the other night and had forgotten how excruciatingly irritating it is.

The Crystal healing hasn't helped, I tried the bar of soap. I am about to order the spray. I haven't slept in weeks. I have about 2 hours a night. It's so frustrating being exhausted but not being able to sleep

I don't find the BetterYou spray messy! Perhaps I'm spraying closer to my skin than a PP does, and I rub each spray in before I do the next one.

You could get ferritin levels tested (iron) - I believe it can be connected to low levels.
