Hold for 10 seconds! I can barely hold for 2, will this improve if I keep practicing, please?

I downloaded the NHS app (Squeezy) and have been getting better and better. Takes a while.

Will definitely improve with practice. Make sure you are doing them correctly. As PP says, the squeezy app is recommended. I'm a Physio and our women's health specialist recommends it.

When I was pregnant I did them twice a day, hold for 2 seconds every day for a week then 3 seconds for a week then 4 etc etc
