..silly, but I wonder how best to deal with it - am having small lump removed from scalp (not dangerous or anything) with local anaesthetic - at Doctor's surgery - trying not to think about it, but it's soon ! Would marginally prefer this to having a smear but even so...I plan to take some Rescue Remedy !
