Prickly heat or bites?

Does anyone know if this looks like prickly heat or insect bites? These are on my leg, and I’ve also got some on my arms though they’re not clustered together.

Never mind just saw some pics of bed bug / flea bites that also look like that!

It’s not bedbugs as I’ve been bitten by them before and they blistered really badly. Don’t think it’s fleas either as no pets/animals in the house.

It's a reaction by your pores, definitely not bites. So either prickly heat, although doesn't look inflamed or extensive enough, and you haven't said if it actually "prickles". It looks more like plain old heat rash... did you shave recently, looks like that could have made your skin more sensitive.

Doesn't look like either to me. Just a bit of general irritation?

It doesn’t prickle, just itch, and I’ve not shaved that area. I’ve got about 4 spots on my tummy now as well...
