So on a bouncy castle on Saturday afternoon my daughter (10) hurt her finger and came off crying saying she thinks it is broken.
Anyway we spent the whole day debating weather or not to go to minor injuries. Decided it would be full of drunks from the football and there isn't much to be done, it wasn't overly swollen or anything and I did see her bending it when she wasn't thinking about it (but as soon as it was mentioned or she remembered she then couldn't move it and moaning in pain).
Gave calpol and strapped it to the next finger, seemed ok and she was happy playing. It was my sons birthday so didn't really want to spend it in the hospital.
Today she has been out with her Dad (exH) and he seemed to think we should have got it checked (but didn't bother himself
) and it is now a darker colour than the other fingers so I'm guessing it's bruised? Still sore but again she does move it a bit when distracted.
She is moaning about it a lot. But does have a history of playing on things.
I don't know if I should be getting it checked or if i would be wasting everybody's time?!
