21month old with thrush in mouth i think

white on inside of lips and on roof of mouth i took her to the pharm and he said it wasnt on her tounge so it wasnt thrush but she has been really whingy today dont no if to treat it as thrush will that be ok as dont want to leave it to long as bank holiday it looks like when you eat salt and vin crisps and you get that pail colour after with spots on it please help

it doesn't have to be on the tongue. Thrush in the mouth is really painful.

Can you go to a different pharmasist today? I agree, it doesn't have to be on the tongue.

is there a temperature? apparantly oral thrush doesnt give you a temperature. A nurse told me dd (20 months) had oral thrush last week but it turned out that she actually had hand foot and mouth. keep your eyes open for bumps on hands and feet.

ok thanks for that ill keep a eye out ive put the cream in as best i could so we will see tomorrow for next lot
