Taking an anti histamines

Last week my eyes became sore and watery. It was as if I was chopping onions. By the weekend, I became unwell during the week with a sore body and a headache. I practice sun safety and try and avoid the sun. Unfortunately one evening I had to go out into the sun. I'm a childminder and had to take the kids to the beach. Honestly, I found the sun, very very hard. Even late in the evening, it wasn't cooling. So my aches and pains are not sun stroke.

By the weekend, sinius problems were setting in. I do suffer from sinius but have it under control and episodes are few throughout the year.

Yesterday I started taking an antihistamine just in case there would be something else more at play like hayfever.

Over the course of the day, I've come out in two big hives. One on my leg and one on my arm. I don't know if I was bitten or it was a reaction to the over the counter tablets. The hives are not itchy, just sore when pressure is applied so for example sitting.

I'm finding the day cool and I'm wearing trousers and a cardi so I don't think I was bitten today. Unless if I was bitten last night or yesterday.
