I woke up this morning with an acidy feeling in my throat, like acid reflux but no heartburn. It got worse during morning so I went to pharmacy and bought some ranitidine which did nothing . Tonight it hurts like hell to swallow, like there's a lump way down low in my throat. Obviously I've googled and I'm clearly terminal. Has anyone else had this? What was it? What helped? How long did it take to feel better? I have to travel for work for next two days so can't see the doctor until Friday at earliest, but I'm worrying. Any ideas?
