My scalp aches

The left side of my head, kinda my scalp kinda my hair?! No redness, scaling, flaking or anything but it's sore to run my fingers through. I've tried massaging it out but that's sore. Is this what tense scalp muscles feels like?

I have TMJ disfunction and my scalp gets like this. Try stretching out your jaw as wide as it will go and turning your head to stretch your neck. If your jaw pulls, massage it to help it give.

Any change in your hairstyle recently?

How old are you op? Is it tender to touch - can you brush your hair?

My son had a sore scalp thinking the sun?

I'm 30. It's only on one side of my parting. Weird. Like half way between the ear and centre parting iykwim.

If this doesn’t resolve by tomorrow you really should see your GP to rule out temporal arteritis. It probably isn’t this but best to be sure.

As above but your age pretty much precludes this.
