Has the heat affected anyone else's IBS symptoms?
My IBS has been under control since I was diagnosed with dangerously high BP 6 years ago ( on medication now)
But I am swinging from C to D within an hour or so. And I am NEVER C normally.
I am I drinking sensibly and staying in the shade ( oh the joys of being ginger) ....
Anyone?
