Assuming my "low riding" mooncup problem was due to my pelvic muscles having given up and gone into retirement I would like to make sure I am more in shape ready for next month. However I can only vaguely remember about pelvic floor excercises - something about tightening up inside and pulling upwards. Have been doing this one but wondered if there was anything else I should be doing to tone up down there. Would like to have a better grip next month!
