Getting to grips with my mooncup - excercises please!

Assuming my "low riding" mooncup problem was due to my pelvic muscles having given up and gone into retirement I would like to make sure I am more in shape ready for next month. However I can only vaguely remember about pelvic floor excercises - something about tightening up inside and pulling upwards. Have been doing this one but wondered if there was anything else I should be doing to tone up down there. Would like to have a better grip next month!

Hi allmytime, years ago I bought a set of internal weights from Boots. Sounds weird, but quite easy to use. Plastic shell with string, tampon size, which unscrews so you can put small weights inside. Walk around the house/whatever for 5 minutes a day then remove, wash and dry for next day. Maybe start with just the shell and no weights at first (my blasted one kept popping out, shows how bad my problem was) But surprisingly quickly you'll see an improvement. Made a difference to sex life too. Cost £20 or so I think. Best of luck.

Sounds interesting so might give it a go. £20 though! Do you think marbles in my mooncup would have the same effect

You just pull up as if you are trying to stop your self mid-stream. You can test wilst weeing to make sure you are doing it right - but you souldn't do it too often whilst weeing as it is bad for you.

I alsways hold for 10 (I couldn't hold for 2 when I first started so you may need to work at this), relax and do again - 5-10 times 5-10 times per day.
I think there are variations where you pull up a bit, pause pull up a bit more, spause etc and the same going down (imagine a lift stopping at every floor). I don't bother with all the fancy stuff though
