How to kill a cold...

Before this week of summery weather is over! My toddler and I have been trapped inside while I try not to breathe my germs on her. Any tips to kill it?

There isn't a cure for a cold but I've been inhaling steam from a bowl of boiling water with olbas oil in and also taking Tesco cold and flu tablets

Rest, fluids, lots of healthy food and keep away from sugar.

But I'd also get some fresh air, it's probably cooler outside in the shade.
