Kidney infection

Diagnosed with kidney infection on Monday morning and started taking ABX straight away. Have now had three full days worth and no improvement. In agony with kidneys and nearly fainted this eve. In bed freezing cold now, which is new.
When would you see the dr again? Should I give it a few more days?

Nope go back. It should have started improving by now. You might need a different antibiotic?

I would be very watchful how you go this evening if you have a fever. Kidney infections can be dangerous. My last one I had the same with the antibiotics not working so my doctor prescribed a different kind in a higher dosage and that done the trick.

You might ring 111 and see what they say whether you need to be seen this evening or not
