Im new on here so not to sure how it goes but hey ho.. here goes. I need some help guys! Please :) does anyone know what this is or has anyone ever had anything similar :/ its driving me insane!!!

Hi - to add a photo, you scroll down past the message box and you'll see an option to "choose file" . Select your photo and then "post message".
