Lemon Juice For Moles

Hello!
I currently have a small mole on my left arm. It's black but I don't believe it is anything to do with cancer, though. I've read lots about using Lemon Juice for them. Has anyone tried it? If so, has it been successful and what is your method?

I'm covered in moles and have never heard this. It won't get rid of the mole but may bleach it.
