Relentless catarrh driving me nuts!

How do I make this go away? I have a bout every month that lasts about a fortnight! None of the usual remedies are doing anything - gargling with salt water etc.

You might have a post nasal drip.
I had to have a nasal spray on prescription to sort it out.

Have you tried a nasal wash?

Oh . . . should I make an appointment with my GP? I thought it would be too trivial to see a doc about but it really is yucky.

Try the steroid nasal spray before your gp as they will suggest it anyway, don't need a prescription.

Got a nasal steroid spray as suggested and within 24 hours after using it I am much improved! Thank you so much
