Kidney infection?

Hi there. I think I got a urine infection about two weeks ago after suspected norovirus. I now have awful pain on one side of my back and wonder if it is now in my kidneys. All the advice says get seen by a doctor. Do I wait till Monday and ring them or do I try to get seen today?

When this happened to me the pain became much much worse throughout the day and I ended up in A&E with a kidney infection. I would call 111 and get seen today.

Thanks just phoned them and will be seen in two hours!
