I had Novasure endometrial ablation done in November last year and have had no bleeding since. However the pain is so much worse. I was referred for an abdominal ultrasound and trans vaginal scan, just had a telephone appointment with my GP and he said there is a collection of fluid. I asked what it could be and he was very vague, just said it was related to the ablation. Has anyone else experienced this? What does it mean?
