Strange rash- can anyone advise?

I’ve had a weird rash for about a week- it starts wish a small red blotch then spreads to a sort of C shape with a purple centre and a white dot.
I’ve tried anti histamines, ringworm cream and hydrocortisone but it is just getting worse and spreading. Some of the earlier ones are starting to heal but I have ten areas in total- all on my back or legs. One in particular is around six cm long and is extremely itchy.
I don’t jormally react to insect bites etc and nobody else in our house has anything similar
Doctor has given me stronger steroid cream and booked a blood test but I’m panicking slightly! Does anyone recognise these symptoms?

I have no idea OP and I'm pretty good with rashes ( have had a lot over the years ) fingers crossed the new cream works quickly for you.

How do you feel otherwise?

I don’t feel great but nothing specifically wrong iykwim. I haven’t slept well all week so just feel a bit overtired and overworked!

Thanks. I did look at that and it doesn’t really seem like that. I’m considering everything though!
I am still getting new rash areas and the itching/ pain is really starting to get to me 😔. GP has booked me in for blood tests tomorrow and I’m hoping it will just disappear as suddenly as it appeared!

Could be either giant cell urticaria or urticaria vasculitis. They are both itchy.
