Collapsed Arches

For a while I have suffered from shin splints and lately also from sore calves, knees, ankles. I also feel pain in the ballls of my feet.. even just when walking or standing.. regardless if I am barefoot or wearing shoes. The pain has started to feel unbearable so tomorrow I will be aiming to get a doctors appointment to see if I can get some medical advice and help.

I think it might be to do with my arches.. can anyone else share their experiences with collapsed arches?

See my username!

Could be arches, could be plantar fasciitis, could be alignment.

Hopefully they will refer you to a physio who can suggest stretching or exercising and possibly orthotics. If you aren't getting the right support at the bottom of your body, it can cause all sorts of issues.

I got some arch supports to fit into shoes/boots. Cost about £35. My feet now fit into footwear and my poor knees feel a lot better.
