This has been going on years. I'm 30.

I'm a permanent blimp. My stomach is so noisy it's insane - even as I breathe in and out the gurgling goes in tandem.

I've seen several gastro consultants. I've had a laparoscopy, endoscopy, colonoscopy, some weird camera thing I swallowed, lord ive even had an appendectomy.

I've had ultrasounds and chest X-rays where my lungs and stomach can't even be seen. Nothing can be seen but air.

Often my stomach is so distended it's like a water bed. It squashed my diaphragm and affects my breathing.

I take windeze and charcoal like sweets. I don't drink fizz or carbonated drinks. I've seen a dietician.

Please help

I discovered mine went when I went gluten free. I was tested for coeliacs but came back negative but due to autoimmune history thought I try going without anyway. Completely transformed my life, 3 years on and I dint touch gluten..but I can tell if I accidentally do!!

I don't have any diarrhoea / constipation though. It's just air.
