Why are my feet always soooo cold? GRR.........

No matter how high the heating is up or what the temperture is outside or the fact i wear 2 pairs of socks my feet are always cold and its not just my feet im always shivering and asking if anyone else is cold and its always just me has anyone got any suggestions? i need to warm up

can be due to poor circulation in some cases
wooly socks or natural fibers are apparently better at keeping feet warm than man-made

my feet are like this,i find if i warm my feet in warm water and then put on socks which have been warming aswell my feet will stay warm but if i put cold feet in cold socks thats it they freeze.sometimes they pain as they are so cold.my blood pressure is low so dont know if this has anything to do with it.

i have high blood pressure i'll try the warming up of feet in water thing tonight and see if that helps thank you very much

my dp is starting to hate my feet i find it funny to put my cold feet on him to warm them up
